Course Overview
Our RTITB Fork Lift Truck Operator Course – Conversion (Counterbalance) delivers a minimum of 13 hours of instruction and is designed to instruct up to a maximum of 3 delegates, providing the skills needed to operate the fork lift truck safely and efficiently, carry out a pre-use inspection & recall and explain the causes of truck and load instability.
This course is for those who already have a qualification in one category, but requires either a different type of machine or a different licence within the same machine type e.g. B1 Counterbalance licence (up to 5 tonnes) being converted to include the B2 Counterbalance licence (5-15 tonnes).
The Forklift Conversion Training course consists of a classroom lecture, DVD presentation, written assessment, practical training and assessment.
